Azoft began working on Near Field Communication projects in 2011, soon after NFC-enabled phones first appeared on the market.
We have experience developing NFC applications for Android and BlackBerry mobile platforms, as well as developing web-based server sides that work together with mobile applications.
Azoft developed this near field communication solution for a marketing agency. The solution enables mobile users to touch their BlackBerry or Android phones to an NFC tag and quickly obtain information about the product they are interested in. The resulting solution has three components: two mobile applications (Reader and Publisher) and a server-side containing product information, such as images, PDF files, text, videos, and more.
This Android application allows its users to quickly share content, such as images, text, links to websites, videos, document files, or contact information by simply touching two NFC-enabled phones together. When users exchange contact information, it is automatically recorded in their phones' contact folder. Another great feature makes it possible to create, customize, and share vCards, including company logos and photographs.
