Our client’s product suite enables service providers to capture orders, manage sales prospects, provision & activate services, manage & track trouble tickets, and ultimately bill and collect revenue from retail subscribers. In order to sustain their growth, balance a large new business pipeline and support existing customers, our client was faced with a challenging decision: Do they hire and expand their internal IT staff or outsource to an external partner to meet its product development requirements.
