Order Management System for Products Supplier

This project was completed for rapidly growing supplier of electronics from China. The business of our client started as a family-owned shop and has grown into a large structure with more than 20 offices around the country. However all communications within the team continued to be carried out via e-mail. With the extension of business network and increase of number of customers this method of managing orders became very time-consuming.

To improve company's performance our client asked Azoft to develop a web-based order management system that would enable employees to work more efficiently. We designed a scalable and reliable solution that helps client's staff to receive and process orders. The application was integrated with client's ERP and includes several modules for storing and managing information about orders.

CRM Customization for Insurance Company

Our client was a U.S.-based insurance agency that specialized in home and auto insurance. The agency's existing CRM solution wasn't able to accommodate business needs. The client asked Azoft to come up with a customized CRM system to facilitate better interaction between sales team and customers.

The software was integrated with claims processing and policy management systems and provides the agency's staff with real-time access to all necessary information. The implementation of custom CRM enhanced the capabilities of customer service and enabled the company to achieve competitive advantage.

    Before employing Azoft we had an ASP model, however, some of our clients required independent programs on their own servers. The challenge to Azoft was to build our application in a way that it could be used on our clients servers without significant additional cost to our clients. They elected to use an open source database and rebuilt the entire application in months, which was a pleasant surprise since the original application was built and changed over a 7 year period.
